In ’87, Huey released this, Fore, their most accomplished album. I think their undisputed masterpiece is “Hip to be Square”, a song so catchy, most people probably don’t listen to the lyrics. But they should, because it’s not just about the pleasures of conformity, and the importance of trends, it’s also a personal statement about the band itself.

Today’s film is 2000’s American Psycho
American Psycho is a dark delight that stars Christian Bale but nearly stared Leonardo DiCaprio instead. Luckily for us Bale does an amazing job walking the tightrope of unhinged psychopath. Unluckily for DiCaprio he did The Beach instead.
Like many films this one suffers from ‘The book was better’, but if, like me, you love the ‘80s, black comedy and serial killer films this is a can’t miss – book be damned. Add in an amazing sound track and free to stream for Prime Members you have no excuse not to watch or rewatch this beauty!
